Background / current direction

A practice shaped by systems and communities.

I am an open-source maintainer from Kolkata working toward DevOps, platform engineering, and Developer Experience roles. At Pollinations.ai, I work on contributor systems, automation, release workflows, application onboarding, and developer tooling. Across Elixpo, I maintain release, organization-automation, status, agent-infrastructure, and research systems, then turn verified lessons into documentation and talks.

The practical direction

BUILD. DOCUMENT. SHARE.

My work connects infrastructure and developer experience. I maintain contributor tooling for an open-source AI platform, operate Elixpo's signed package, organization-automation, and service-health systems, and built the memory architecture behind OreoLook. I also organise developer communities and speak about lessons supported by systems I have built or maintained. The common thread is making technical work dependable, inspectable, and easier for someone else to continue.

I am open to conversations about DevOps, platform and Developer Experience engineering, open-source maintainership, AI memory systems, code-first Developer Relations, and technical speaking.
